  • Learn all about finding, making and being friends
  • Understand the importance of communication
  • Be able to survive the friend-o-coaster
  • Better understand their aliens parents, get on the same page, learn building blocks and start working towards a win/win relationship
  • Navigate the world of boys, crushing and dating

    Week 3 is all about success - successful habits, success at school, and planning for a successful career. Girls will:

  • Learn the Top 10 success habits to master now
  • Discover their potential to reach their goals and dreams
  • Learn what they need to do to reach their academic goals
  • Tips & strategies of successful teens and young women
  • Create an Action Plan to get from where they are to where they want to be


    • ---> Week 4 - Tough Stuff 101
    Week 4 covers the "tough stuff" - Girls will:

  • Learn effective strategies to deal with anger, stress, toxic relationships, mean girls and peer pressure
  • Get answers to their "tough" questions
  • Find their "anti-drug" and reasons to resist unhealthy choices
  • Learn how to "stand up and speak out"
