My school, business or organization is interested in booking a workshop or keynote. What steps do we need to take?
The first step is contacting us or requesting a quote. You can also call us at (604) 418-5803. We will e-mail you an EG info packet with more info on your selected topics, a list of testimonials and references, and more info on Kate, her book, and more. Then, we will send you a simple contract to hold the date. Payment is due on the day of the presentation. We do not require deposits, however, any cancellations within 30 days of the contracted date are legally responsible for presentation and travel fees.

What is the cost of having Kate speak at my school or event?
There are lots of factors that determine the cost, including the group booking the event, location, date, group size, whether Kate is already scheduled in your area, etc. Please contact us for a quote by clicking here.

What does Kate require?
Kate only requires an LCD projector and screen for the powerpoint presentation and a microphone. We take care of all the transportation planning on our end, and request to meet with the event planners/organizers about an hour prior to the presentation to help with set up and go over any last minute details.

Does Kate speak to coed groups or just girls?
While a large part of the company is dedicated to empowering girls, Kate often speaks to coed groups at schools or conferences. Click here for our coed workshop and keynote topics.

Kate is Canadian - can she come speak in the US?
Yes! Kate has an E2 Visa making it easy to travel between Canada and the US.

How do we sponsor an event/get an event sponsored?
We've had great success in the past working with amazing sponsors/partners to bring our workshops to schools, communities or events that don't have the budget to bring us in on their own. If you are interested in sponsoring a workshop or would like to have an event sponsored, please contact us.
