Empowered Gal

Bullying has become a frighteningly "normal" part of the middle and high school experiencing, and the majority of teens experiene being the bullied, the bully or the bystander at some point in their school careers. And, with the availability of technology, bullying doesn't just happen in the hallways anymore - it follows them home.

Kate has spoken to tens of thousands of middle and high school students and has seen first hand the devastating effects of bullying. She has created successful in-school anti-bullying programs designed to empower all members of the school community to take action to create change, take responsibility for the effects their words have on others and enhance their ability to build a more positive school environment.

Our programs, keynotes and workshops are tailor made to fit your schools needs and budgets, and fit into any anti-bullying or bullying awareness activities your school runs.

Kate combines humour, pop culture references and her naturally laid back style with powerful true stories, personal experiences and inspiration for each student to take action in their every day lives, understand the power of their words and take responsibility for what they think do and say in their home, their school and their community. Kate challenges students with 7 Day Random Acts of Change, and inspires them to lead the way to a more positive school environment.
