Mom Daughter Weekend Retreat

The Mom Gal Weekend Retreat is a fun filled 2 days of mother daughter bonding, activities and more designed to help you communicate better, get on the same page, get to "re know" each other, and learn about what's really going on in each others lives. Each weekend workshop is limited to 25 Mother Daughter pairs to ensure you get the one on one attention and support in reaching your relationship goals.

Participants will:

  • Learn how to effectively communicate and express their feelings and emotions
  • Bridge the gap between parent and daughter
  • Develop an understanding of where each one is coming from and how to move towards a closer, more fulfilling relationship
  • Girls will learn about managing their emotions, communicating effectively, expressing what they want, how to build solid self esteem and body image, connecting with their "inner gal", do their part to create a win/win relationship, let go of past hurts/dissapointments and move forward towards a rockin' relationship!
  • Parents will learn how to talk so your teen will listen, understand more fully what their teen is going through, how to model empowering behavior, get to know their teen as the young woman she is becoming, get on the same page, set healthy boundaries and understand the importance of taking YOU time!
  • Bond with each other and have a whole bunch of fun!

    What ages is this most apropriate for?
    This workshop is most suited for girls aged 9-16.

    Can I bring more that 1 daughter?
    Of course! Bring as many as you have! Just add an additional $100/girl.

    Can I bring this workshop to my community?
