Girls Empowerment Workshop
The Girls Empowerment Workshop is a 3 hour interactive and motivational workshops that empowers teen and/or pre teen girls to discover their full potential, understand who they really are, build solid-self esteem and learn real life strategies and skills needed to be happy, successful in control gals, followed by a 25 lesson "action plan" for teachers, facilitators or peer leaders to keep the empowerment going!
Our hands on, interactive (and fun!) workshops produce lasting results and mega shifts in confidence, attitude, motivation and empowerment by combining Kate's "big sister" style advice, group activities, true stories, writing, exercises and more! Girls are encouraged to discover what makes them shine in a supportive, encouraging and safe environment, leaving with a whole new awareness of their potential, inner worth and ability to succeed.
