Speaking & Workshops

NEW! FearlesslyGirl (Keynote or Workshop)

Girls are told they can be and do anything, so why are we still seeing a generation of girls holding back, keeping quiet and staying within their comfort zones? Kate gives girls a model for what this new "girl power" looks like and how they can be authentically, boldly and FEARLESSLY girl! Girls are encouraged to identify what's holding them back, discover a Fearless vision for their lives, get to know their authentic "inner girls" and be who they are on purpose, and wraps up with a powerful group activity and the "FearlesslyGirl" challenge.

NEW! FearlesslyGirl Leadership Training* (Available in High School & University Formats)

This workshop is about being a leader FEARLESSLY! Kate helps girls discover their own unique leadership skills based on their natural talents and abilities, how to lead and run a peer to peer mentoring program and create events and campaigns to build self esteem and leadership on campus. Girls also learn how to become leaders in their own lives by being assertive, taking risks, standing up for what they believe in, and using their voice and actions to truly lead by example. This interactive and fun workshop is perfect for leadership conferences, peer leaders in middle and high school and girls organizations.

*Includes The FearlesslyGirl Peer to Peer Mentorship Program handbook, activity guide, session curriculum, and access to online support and resources for 1 year!

Back to School/Freshman Orientation Programs

Transitioning into high school can be a challenging yet exciting time. Our orientation workshops help girls make the transition easier, gives girls a heads up on what to expect, the tools to navigate high school girl-world, express themselves authentically, manage conflict, communicate effectively, get involved in the school community, deal with peer pressure, make positive choices, and increase their confidence, body image and self esterm.. Kate combines fun activities, ice breakers and group activities to help girls get to know each other and step out of their comfort zones, connect, and feel comfortable with her laid back, honest, big sister tips, advice, funny stories and solid strategies to help girls feel prepared for their high school years.

Girl World 2.0 - Parent/Educator Workshop

Girls are under more pressure than ever to be "perfect", dress, look, and act a certain way, fit in but also stand out, to be funny, but not hilarious, get good grades but not be too smart, date hot guys but also be innocent and sweet. In short - girl world is confusing!

Join "Gen Y's Go to Gal" as she decodes this complicated world and sheds light on media messaging, girl's online lives and cyberbullying, the unwritten rules of girls interactions, relational aggression and "mean girls" and the intense pressure to do everything and please everyone. Kate combines humour, personal stories and examples and gives practical tips, strategies and advice on helping girls navigate this world.

*Includes pre-event leadership training for senior girls to help facilitate workshop events and get to know the girls, and The FearlesslyGirl Peer to Peer Mentorship Program handbook, activity guide, session curriculum, and access to online support and resources for 1 year to continue the transition process.
